How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The products we have in stock and have to be personalized take about 5-7 working days to reach their destination. If it is an out-of-catalog or a custom made product, the maximum delivery time will be 20 days.

How can I clean my bag?

All our bags can be washed in cold water, by hand or with short programs. However you can read on the description of each product the cleaning treatment that can be given.

Can I refund a personalized item?

Products that have been personalized cannot be returned, as this personalization makes it unique and unusable for another customer. But if it is a defective product, we will replace the item with another in a correct state.
