These conditions of sale regulate the agreement between FEELSAC and the client through the website www.feelsac.com for the purchase by the client of FEELSAC products.
By using this website, the client agrees to:
· browse and place legally valid orders
· do not place fraudulent orders
· Provide us with your necessary data for the correct formalization of the order and shipment. This information is detailed in our General Conditions.
PURCHASING PROCESS. To proceed with the purchase of an item on the web, you must select the products you want and add them to the cart. Then you will go to the checkout, entering the delivery information and the payment method. By accepting the order, the customer is accepting the conditions of sale detailed here.
When the payment is accepted, the client will receive the order confirmation on an email, with the details of the items, addresses and payment method.
FEELSAC reserves the right to modify and update these conditions of sale if necessary without notice. These conditions will always be visible and within reach of the client.
PRICES. The prices shown on the web include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due, at the time of ordering. Items that include embroidery customization will be duly indicated in their description.
PAYMENT METHODS. The forms of payment that can be used are by credit or debit card: Visa / MasterCard, as well as through the BIZUM payment platform.
DELIVERIES. Orders will be delivered during business hours from Monday to Friday, through the courier service, always at the addresses of private residences or offices. The mobile phone provided will be used by the courier service to contact you for delivery. Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes.
The products that we have in stock and have to be customized take around 5-7 working days to reach their destination. If it is a product out of the catalog, the maximum delivery time will be 20 days.
When the order has been sent, the customer will receive an email informing him.
SHIPPING COSTS. Shipping costs apply to each order.
Shipping costs to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands for purchases equal to or greater than € 90 are included.
RETURNS. If the customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, they must notify FEELSAC within 14 calendar days at firstname.lastname@example.org. The returned product may never have been used, tampered with, washed. It must also be in exactly the same condition that you received it.
Products that have been personalized cannot be returned, as this personalization makes it unique and unusable for another customer. But if it is a defect in the model, we will replace the item with another in the same correct condition.
FEELSAC reserves the right to reject the return if it perceives any use of the product, or manipulation by the customer.
